RCMP have released more details from Tuesday's crash along Highway 12 near Ste. Anne.
At 4:50 p.m., Steinbach RCMP responded to the two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Provincial Road (PR) 210.
According to police, when officers arrived, they found four injured individuals. Fire and Emergency Medical Services arrived moments later.
It has been determined that a vehicle was travelling west on PR 210 when it was hit by an SUV travelling south on Highway 12.
The driver of the westbound vehicle, a 42-year-old male from Winnipeg, and his passenger, a 29-year-old male from Landmark, were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police say the driver remains in hospital in stable condition, while his passenger has already been discharged from hospital.
The driver of the southbound SUV, a 40-year-old female from Winnipeg, and her passenger, a 14-year-old female from Winnipeg, were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver has been discharged from hospital, while her passenger remains in hospital in stable condition.
Steinbach RCMP, along with Manitoba RCMP Traffic Services continue to investigate.
